Does milk really do a body good?

Growing up, milk was always equated with health. As we've progressed, the merits of dairy are being touted by fewer and fewer professionals.

Now, my milk is made of almonds, though I still eat plenty of cheese and ice cream.

I was intrigued to learn about Death by Calcium, a new book by Dr. Thomas Levy, because for aging people, the concern that we get enough of the mineral is high.

As I've been learning, cow's milk isn't as good for me as we thought when Carter was president, and the amount of calcium we need is lower than many of us believe.
