Woman Gives Student Back His Lost Wallet, With $10 and Encouraging Letter

A college student in Iowa was shocked to receive his wallet back after he'd left it on the hood of his car and it slid off the top as he sped up a ramp to the highway.

He didn't know this had happened until he pieced it together after getting it back from a woman--along with an extra ten dollars and a letter encouraging him to follow his dreams.
