Who Is Kama McDonald on TRI-102.5? [Picture]

Who is Kama McDonald? I am the voice you hear from 10am-3pm on TRI-102.5 in Northern Colorado. I have been on the radio in Northern Colorado for the better part of the last 13 years. I'm excited to be back and on the best station in the area, TRI-102.5. When I'm not playing music and keeping you informed on the radio, I'm a busy Mom/Wife/Homemaker. I have a daughter in kindergarten this year, her name is Tula. I also have twin boys who are almost 3, they are Theo and Teak. All of my kids are loud and fun and crazy. My husband, Anthony, is from New York City. He took quite a chance on a small town Colorado girl like me. I grew up on a large forested land lot in Southwest Colorado. We hauled our own water and used solar panels for most of my childhood. I met my husband online (try it, it can work).

We have a lot of fun working on our home, cooking, entertaining and hanging out with our kids, and our dog and cat. I love to bake and can make the best chocolate cake and carrot cake you have ever had!!! I love music. It's my connection to memories of where I've been and what makes me feel alive!! I love the Northern Colorado community. I have lived in Fort Collins for 14 years. I have traveled and I always feel so fortunate to come back to this amazing place!
