Which Mom Rocks the Most? For Paul, It Has Just Shifted [VIDEO]
I had to remind my wife the other day that she is what is happening right now.
It was baby shower day, and she was worrying about accommodating some family members.
"We don't need to worry about accommodate others at this point. You are seven months pregnant. Now is the time for others to accommodate you."
She rocks the most. Before she reached this very, very pregnant point, I was thinking of her as mom-to-be. Now, though it hasn't happened yet, I think of her as mom. She is giving enough, doing enough and feeling enough to be able to be ready to wear the title. And as I write a blog post to support this great contest my media group has going on(starting April 20, 2015!), there is no way I'm thinking of any other mom besides the one that is my wife.
Sciatica is making it hard for her to walk, so we may have to rent a wheelchair. Her glands seem like they are swollen because her jaw is somewhat out of place for some reason. The baby gets hiccups in the middle of the night. At least that's what we think happens, and I can tell it's given her the first dose of 'mom worry'. One where there really isn't anything she can do to remedy the situation, and it makes her heart ache because all she wants to do is take care of her child.
Here are the details of our very popular My Mom Rocks Contest. Check back April 20 and after for the link!
