"But there's booze in the blender,
And soon it will render,
That frozen concoction that helps me hang on."
-
Jimmy Buffet "Margaritaville"

It is a beverage that is celebrated, enjoyed, and sung about. It's a one-sip and you're suddenly delivered to a warm beach with sand between your toes and the sound of waves foaming on the beach...drink. It is a "frozen concoction" that is better enjoyed with others than alone. But, alone will work too.

It is also one of those drinks where you better have more ingredients than you need. Running out before its time could lead to much angst and anger. It actually happened this week during the Broadway performance of "Escape to Margaritaville". It was a sold out performance that had the largest one-night bar sale in their history, according to the theater owner. Sadly, they ran out of Triple Sec and had to stop sales.
