What’s Your Favorite Colorado Restaurant No One Knows About?

There's nothing better than taking a chance in an little hole-in-the-wall restaurant, and absolutely loving it.

But then you want more people to know about it, so it stays in business, right?

Robyn and I met some friends at a delicious place in Denver yesterday, called Street Kitchen Asian Bistro; and it was wonderful, but empty (even though it was happy hour).  I know Mondays aren't the busiest time for restaurants; but I really, really hope that place does well enough overall to stay open.
