I woke up this morning with some...let's say "digestive distress."  My best guess is that I must have eaten something that didn't agree with me over the weekend, though I can't imagine what.  Anyway, it's almost halfway through my work day, and my upset stomach hasn't gotten any better.

So I'm reaching out to you.  What's your best, "go-to" home remedy for an upset stomach? Before you answer, know that I've been sucking on peppermints for the last hour, and it hasn't done any good.
