The 2015 Larimer County Fair & Rodeo at the Ranch in Loveland is bringing a few new features to the fair. New acts include the Stilt Circus, Timber Tina’s World Champion Lumberjills— Chics with Axes, and Moo U.

Stilt Circus

The roaming Stilt Circus will create a unique and custom designed theatrical presentation for the Larimer County Fair & Rodeo. All performers are highly trained and skilled in their specialty and they will act as strolling entertainment throughout the grounds. For more information on the Stilt Circus, visit stiltcircus.com.

Timber Tina’s World Champion Lumberjills - Chics with Axes

The show consists of taking the old time skills of lumberjacks and incorporating them into modern day competition. Skills include crosscut sawing, underhand chopping, axe throwing, power ‘hot’ sawing, chainsaw carving and log rolling. For more information on this event, visit lumberjills.com.

Moo U

A new informational event, Moo U, brings guided livestock tours for fair-goers. The public can receive a tour of the barns as an educated tour guide provides facts and tidbits about the various animals, the livestock industry and the many ways animal by-products are used in daily life. In addition to the livestock tours, Moo U will offer the Critter Fitter program. The Critter Fitter program will teach the public how and why 4H exhibitors clip sheep, clip cattle, and fit goats for the show pen.
