I was never a breakfast person before I started getting up early to do a radio show, so I am still trying to concoct the perfect breakfast. The most important meal of the day can be ruined extremely quick with sugary foods like donuts and sweet cereals, but they are so tempting. What do you eat? 

In the hustle bustle world we live in today convenience seems to come before health. It is so easy to grab a Pop Tart over eating something more healthy like eggs and a lean meat. Study show that eating sugary or fatty foods for breakfast make you drag throughout the day because your body needs more healthy nutrition to get it jump started for the day.

I am a huge culprit of all the things I just preached not doing, but I am working on getting better. Donuts, muffins, Pop Tarts, Lucky Charms, they all get the best of me. Now I am working on trying to have yogurt and a healthy granola bar, but it can be tough. What do you eat?
