A crazy story has come out of Rolling Stone magazine.

Ben Affleck held up production on the movie Gone Girl because he refused to wear a Yankees cap for a scene.

At first, I thought, that's insane! Once I considered the details, I realized that it actually wasn't far off from the way I've reacted to wearing another team's logo.

That is, I couldn't do it. Won't do it. I'm an admitted non-watcher, but I still won't wear another pro football team's logo.

I refer to my team as 'my' team (It's the Steelers, Pirates and Penguins, if you were wondering).

I actually take my logos pretty seriously. I have a few Pirates hats, a US World Baseball Classic hat that I wear because it transcends cities and it's patriotic. I have a Subaru hat that I wear, and they are sponsors of the station and me.

Would I ever wear the hat of the team that I hate? Well, if it was really sunny and I didn't have sunglasses, maybe. If it were for a feature film? Earth to Paul. Come back, Paul.

In the end, I think Ben made the right call on this one, and I relate why in my video. Plus it has the 'What to Say About Sports' nugget that you can use when you chat with your sportsy friends.
