What Outdoorsy Colorado Activity Would You Like to Learn? [POLL]

I'm sure it's happened to you.

You are driving along, enjoying Colorado's picturesque beauty, and you see someone doing something that you wish you could do. Or, it's a resort in your rearview mirror, and you wish you could stop and have some fun, but you don't know how to ski, or mountain bike, or whatever.

So, then what? Do you take lessons? Find a friend who knows how to do that thing and set up a time to learn? Or, just move on thinking "I probably wouldn't be able to learn that anyway?"
