What is up with this Weather? [POLL]

2012 was expected by the Mayan Calendar to bring an apocalypse. While I truly hope that doesn't happen, the weather has been a little strange as of late. Last year we saw more snow than ever. This year, Colorado resorts are struggling to keep some runs open. The wind has definitely made itself known more than I can remember, and we're going from summer like temperatures in February back to the cold of winter. Do you think something is up?
