Wow, it’s sometimes hard for me to believe that it’s been more than a decade since the terrorist attack on New York’s World Trade Center.  I recall some people back then claiming it would take ten years before the Center was rebuilt and wondering how it could take that long.  Well, it certainly has.  The memorial has opened, but construction on the office buildings is still underway a decade later!

Kevin Mussman originally got me interested in the reconstruction with his blog post last month.  So, I was fascinated when I recently discovered new progress pictures of the World Trade Center reconstruction project.  If you’re on Twitter, you can follow their official account @WTCProgress.  For the rest of us, click here to view their official website.  And be sure to check-out the animation video of the entire reconstruction project.  The final product will be a sight to behold!
