A man died around 3:30 yesterday afternoon in an accident on State Highway 128,
within the Town of Superior. The accident involved a passenger vehicle and a semi-truck. The male driver of the passenger vehicle was pronounced dead at the scene.

Officials did not release many details, but the picture tells the story.

The cause and manner of death, as well as the identification of decedent, will be released by the Boulder County Coroner’s Office.

The Boulder County Sheriff’s Office, Colorado State Patrol, Rocky Mountain Fire District, North Metro Fire Rescue District, Louisville Fire Department, Colorado Department of Transportation, Boulder Emergency Squad, and the Boulder County Coroner’s Office responded to the scene.
