UNC Bears Hold On For Two-Point Win In Big Sky Tournament
Despite a furious comeback by Northern Arizona, the UNC Bears men’s basketball team beat the Lumberjacks 62-60 in the quarterfinals of the Big Sky Championship yesterday. At one point, the Bears led by 20 points in the game.
The No. 6 seed Bears will now play the host and No. 1 seed Wildcats of Weber State at 7 p.m. tonight in Ogden, Utah.
Meanwhile, the University of Colorado beat California 59-66 in the quarterfinals of the Pac-12 tournament yesterday. The Buffs will face Arizona in the semifinals tonight.
