Two 13 year old boys could be tried as adults over the "kill list" that was plotted out to take place at a Colorado middle school. As reported last week, the pair of teenagers were arrested on felony charges related to destruction of life or property and conspiracy based on threats to students and faculty at Sabin Middle School in Colorado Springs.

An article from the Denver Channel reports that the boys could now be charged as adults for their threats. Prosecutor, Natalie Greenfield, is reported to have filed a petition to transfer the teenagers out of juvenile court and pushing for felony charges of conspiracy to commit murder.
