One Colorado city made the list of top 25 of snowiest cities in America. According to Niche, which provides millions of rankings and reviews on Colleges, K-12 schools, and Neighborhoods, Boulder is in the top 20.  They obviously didn't count resort towns like Steamboat, Dillon, and Frasier that get hundreds of inches of snow every year.
