Tomato juice gently lowers arterial and intracranial pressure, and it is very useful for people with hypertension and glaucoma.
2. Oatmeal: It is full of vegetable proteins, fibers, vitamins, soluble dietary fibers. Just one bowl of can lower blood pressure by 5-10 points. In addition, it cleans the digestive system of toxins.
3. Kiwi: These fruits contain vitamins A, C and E. Their seeds are rich in omega-3 fatty acid and are useful for maintaining the flexibility of joints.
