Timnath to Get New Fire, Police Departments, Town Hall and Upscale Restaurants

The Town of Timnath closed on a land deal with Poudre Fire Authoirty that opens the door for a new fire station, town hall and police station at the corner of Harmony Road and Larimer County Road 5. The new complex could also include corporate offices and two upscale restaurants, according to the Coloradoan.

“When the city opens up this project, they will be making approximately 10 other lots shovel-ready,” said Craig Harrison, who is also developing the proposed Niobrara Energy Park near Carr. “This would be a combination of corporate campus, riverside retail and the possibility of a senior campus.”
