It was a great year for pop music. Justin Timberlake sang to someone that they were like his "Mirror", putting him atop the charts. But, given a week or two more, Queen Bey's record could easily have eclipsed everything done by everyone this year. Her just release self-titled record came in at second.

Imagine Dragons at third and Jay Z's Magna Carta was fourth in sales.

Macklemore had the biggest selling single with "Thrift Shop", though, personally, one of my big favorites was the rapper's "Can't Hold Us". The power of those two singles helped make The Heist the iTunes Album of the Year.

Blurred Lines helped Robin Thicke sell a lot this year, and overall we saw some really solid music in 2013.

Here's what is hot on iTunes right now.
