It is safe to say the workforce of today is a lot different from shall we say 1950? But how do you think some of the most populated cities ranked in 2015 for the hardest working?

As WalletHub reported, 116 of the most populated cities across the country were evaluated to see which city truly is the hardest working in America.

The results were based on various things including the average work week hours, commute time, workers with multiple jobs, lack of sleep and how much leisure time is spent in an average day.

So how did we do close to home? There are two cities that ranked in the Top 10!

Here is a look at the Top 10:

  1. Anchorage, Alaska
  2. Virginia Beach, Va.
  3. Plano, Texas
  4. Cheyenne, Wyo.
  5. Irving, Texas
  6. Jersey City, N.J. tied with Garland, Texas
  7. San Francisco, Calif.
  8. Denver, Colo.
  9. Chesapeake, Va.

So I think this list has some surprising finds. I expected several large cities to be on this list, but that is really not the case.
