The Weld Food Bank is looking for a few good men. Or women. Or well-behaved teens if accompanied by their parents. The summer months are a time when there is less volunteerism at the food bank. There are a variety of reasons – family vacations, the universities are on break and students are away, other pressing priorities. However, people are hungry all year long and the food bank is in action – working to make a difference in our community.

Next week we will have literally tons of food that needs to be processed before it can be distributed to Partner Agencies and clients.  We would love to have your help – individuals, church groups, work teams, civic organizations – all are welcome at the food bank.  Volunteer Orientations are scheduled throughout the summer and we would love to get you involved.  For more information please see weldfoodbank.org/GetInvolved/Volunteer.aspx
