At shady Washington Park in Downtown Fort Collins over the last weekend of June will be the 2016 Colorado Brewers Festival. Free to attend, the event will feature 35 Colorado breweries bringing over 70 different beers to sample throughout the weekend which will include nine bands, food, vendors and exhibits.

Into their 27th year, the folks behind The COBF really know what they’re doing.  It did win the Governor’s Award for ‘Best Event of Festival in Colorado’ for 2015- that says a lot!  It really is a great way to get your friends together on a summer weekend and check out Colorado beers that you may not have had, yet!

What’s new for 2016?  The way you sample the beers. What you’ll do is purchase a ‘Tasting Package’ which includes a GoVino tasting glass (which they introduced in 2015) and 10 4-oz Taster Tickets (good for beer OR food). The COBF is encouraging everybody to get their Tasting Packages early, by offering them at a discount. You’ll save $10 off the ‘Day-Of’ price ($35) by getting them at these select breweries:

You can save $5 off the ‘Day-Of’ price ($35) by getting your packages ONLINE.

For the aficionado beer-loving crowd, you can join the VIPs on Friday night (June 24th) for UNLIMITED tastings of rare releases! Tickets for ‘The Summit’ are $40 in advance.

It all started way back in 1989, and has become a shining celebration of Colorado’s great beers!  Get your friends, get your ‘Tasters Package’ and get out there June 25th (Noon-6) and 26th (Noon-5)!
