The 10 Best Burgers in Fort Collins [LIST]
When it comes to "the best" place to get a burger in Fort Collins, everyone has an opinion. So why not use all of them via social media to rank the top 10 burger joints in Fort Collins? I've been to a few of these locations, however I'm excited to add to my dining experiences with some of the spots on this list... and don't expect to see places like Mc Donald's, Wendy's or the BK Lounge.
Not that there's anything wrong with those places. But this list is reserved for the best of the best, burgers that are prepared with love and passion. The way all real burgers should be made. Tabelog took to social media, to find what Fort Collins burger joints were getting the best and most mentions, to find the top spots. I could have given you my list, but their system is much more scientifically sound. Especially since many of the burgers that met their demise at my hands, did so after a night on the town. So check out their list, and let us know if you think they are missing anything?

Larkburger
2539 South College Avenue, Fort Collins, CO 80525Located at the corner of Drake and College, it's a great place to grab a burger and bee. Also, in 2011, they were awarded an environmental business award by the Fort Collins Chamber of Commerce.

Doug’s Day Diner
2842 Council Tree Su 143 Ft .Collins, CO 80525Offering breakfast and lunch, this is the first spot on the list I have yet to try. But focusing on "local," welcoming regulars and newcomers, this is location I'm looking forward to trying.

The Mayor of Old Town
632 S. Mason St. Fort Collins, CO 80524I have ended many Old Town nights at the Mayor, and I'm kicking myself for not ever trying their burger. I have enjoyed many other items on their menu, like the Blackened Tuna, the Buffalo Fried Chicken and the Stuffed Jalapeño's, but now it's the burger I'm targeting next. Also, they have a HUGE selection of beer... so that's nice.

Stuft
210 S College Ave, Fort Collins, CO 80524Like Stuft wasn't going to make the list. With locations in Old Town, Greeley and Windsor, this has been a stop many times when artists have visited our station. Stuft is know for its, "have it your way" menu, that includes everything from traditional, to a donut. This is the place on the list that I've visited the most.

Big Al's Burgers & Dogs
140 W Mountain Ave, Fort Collins, CO 80524The consensus number one when asking people around town the best place to get a burger. Big Al's has an amazing selection of delectable treats. It's hard to find a better green chile burger, and my daughter can't get enough of their bacon guacamole burger. It's amazing, that such a small girl, can destroy such a big burger.
