Studies are showing it, and I’m feeling it in my life as well. Being thankful and taking action to recognize that we are thankful show true results in our happiness! Make a list of 5 things for which you are thankful. Say the list out loud. Explain to a person that makes you thankful why they do so. The point is that the attitude of gratitude has physical, mental and emotional benefits.
