I don't know if you have heard, but the housing market in Colorado, and specifically in Northern Colorado, is CRAZY right now! So many people want to live here that it drives prices through the roof. However, I was surprised to find out that at least at the moment, there isn't a house for sale for over a million dollars in Greeley.

A month ago I found the most expensive house for sale in Fort Collins was more than $7 million. That may mean that the priciest house in Greeley (according to Zillow), being only $978,000, is quite the steal!

The house at 3935 West 17th Street Lane has six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and comes on over an acre of land.

It was built in 2002, and would cost you about $3,849 per month for a 30 year mortgage, if you put $$195,600 down according to the Zillow mortgage calculator.

The Realtor describes the house like this:

Your search is over! Extraordinary places still exist, they are just harder to find. This amazing find is one of the most incredible values on the market, over 8,000 sq.ft. of stunning quality finishes, situated on a lush 1 acre lot! Spacious & inviting with fabulous attention to detail. Walk-out basement, oversized 4 car garage, 6 bedrooms & 7 baths. You will love the gourmet kitchen & appliances, butler pantry, elegant formal dining room, huge master suite & more! Must see to appreciate!
