Fallen Weld County Sheriff's Deputy Sam Brownlee's patrol car is being auctioned off for charity. Brownlee was killed in action in November of 2010 in Evans.
A grand jury has indicted a former weld county deputy on second-degree murder charges. A warrant was issued for the deputy, who has since moved out of state, Monday.
