I'm not much of a poet, but I am constantly impressed by those who are.

Put a kite in my hand, and instantly I become an enthusiast. Feeling the power of the wind through the string in my hand triggers my visual appreciation for the kite's beautiful colors against the blue Colorado sky, and for the design of the kite.

The 14th Sustainable Living Fair graces Fort Collins this weekend (Sept. 14-15).
