Last week, we found out that Tracy and Deb Hilker, owners of the recently seized Schmidt's Bakery and Delicatessen (as well as two other businesses in Estes Park), would have to settle nearly $130,000 in tax debt to re-open the landmark Loveland establishment. Now, we're finding out that the last paychecks they issued to their employees are bouncing.
