The FoCo Cafe provides Northern Colorado a community restaurant with a pay-what-you-can menu. Located on Maple Street in Old Town Fort Collins, the recently-opened cafe is serving up fresh, organic and local food in a unique way.
With the growing population of Fort Collins, parking in Old Town is becoming a concern. More spots will soon be needed, but there is no way to fund them. Paid parking, at least in the busiest areas, makes sense.
Most areas of Fort Collins are charming and bustling. But a few spots are in need of some upgrades. I always felt like the River District was one of the latter. I've just never been super-thrilled to spend much time in that part of town, despite how much I love Fort Collins. So personally, I'm glad to see some upgrading going on in that area.
A new ice cream shop could be coming to Old Town Fort Collins. Denver-based Little Man Ice Cream, which is known for its store's ice cream can-shaped building would be on the south side of the Fort Collins Museum of Art at 201 South College.
