What’s the Key to Living to 100?

Most Unhealthy Meals At Fast Food Restaurants

I recently went on an 'almost' exclusively vegetarian diet. It was suggested to me by a nutritionist after some health problems. I gained over 25 pounds while in the hospital, over the course of only 30 days . I have since lost that weight and a little more, but I'm still looking to work off a few more pounds.
