Miramont Lifestyle Fitness to Host Free Wellness Expo April 23
On a mission to promote healthy living throughout the entire community, Miramont Lifestyle Fitness invites residents of northern Colorado to join in on a free wellness expo, happening at the gym's south location from 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday, April 23. Anyone is welcome to stop by, you do not have to be a member of Miramont to attend.
