Greeley-Evans School District 6

A burglary was reported early Monday morning at a Greeley Elementary School. Someone broke a front window out to get in. There was no school on Monday.

A small fire at Northridge High School in Greeley forced an evacuation yesterday. Students were evacuated for an hour after a painting was set on fire. A suspect has not been identified.

A Greeley Central High School student is accused of assaulting two teachers yesterday morning. The alleged incident occurred about 11:30 a.m. on Monday.

Are your kids up to date on their vaccinations? If not, and your child is enrolled in the Greeley-Evans School, they won't be allowed in school in November.

It looks as though parents who drive their kids to school might get a break courtesy of the Greeley Evans Transit (GET) and Greeley-Evans School District 6.

Greeley-Evans School District 6 is closed today!! Because of the cold temperatures and low wind chill, buses are having a difficult time starting and they DO NOT want any children standing out in the cold.

Greeley is expanding it's after-school program, thanks to a grant. Greeley-Evans School District 6 will expand the program to more schools starting next year. A grant from the federal government for $2.2 million will add programs to East Memorial, Billie Martinez, Maplewood and Romero elementary schools.
