We enjoyed a Great Plates special over the weekend and were blown away. The amount of food was the biggest shocker. At Lulu's Asian Bistro, we were shocked just by the amount of food that was offered for only $25.

In Denver, they've done '5280' weekends, where 2 people enjoy full fine dining meals for $52.80. During the off season, Colorado resort towns will do 2 for 1's at their best restaurants. I know because when I was a ski bum (more of a ski bum) it was the only time I could afford to eat at nice restaurants in the Vail Valley
