If you haven't had them, they're certainly new to you, but Applebee's is bringing back their Halloween-themed cocktails.

If you happened to frequent the Applebee's location in Fort Collins, we have bad news for you. The location at 4306 S. College Ave has closed their doors. Applebee's announced earlier this year that they would be closing stores that were not performing well and apparently the Fort Collins location was one of them...

The one dollar margarita is available throughout the month of October, and is part of the restaurant's "Neighborhood Appreciation Month". It's available at participating locations, so make sure you check ahead of time!

The news came out today that the parent company of Applebee's and IHOP are planning to close as many as 160 locations nationwide. Approximately 105 - 135 Applebee's and 20 - 25 IHOP locations could be gone. The reason appears to be that Applebee's locations seem to not be a favorite among casual dining consumers...
