Suspect in Boulder County Jail for Murder/Dismemberment of Ashley Mead
03.03.17 Update from Boulder Daily Camera: Recovered torso of Boulder's Ashley Mead was missing its organs
25-year-old Ashley Elizabeth Mead was last seen alive Sunday, February 12, 2017, in Boulder. She was reported missing after she failed to show up for work the following Tuesday.
As of yesterday, 32-year-old Adam Densmore is in the Boulder County Jail. Charges include 1st Degree Murder, Domestic Violence, and Violation of a Custody Order. Densmore is scheduled to make his first appearance in Division 6 at the Justice Center in Boulder today.
Densmore and Mead had a 13-month-old daughter together. The baby is safe.
Officials believe Densmore killed Ashley in Boulder and left the city with the dead body and their toddler. Part of Mead’s body was found in a dumpster in Oklahoma and other parts may be spread out in communities Densmore traveled through.
