Streetmosphere Needs Help to Keep Performers in the Streets of Old Town Fort Collins [AUDIO]

Streetmosphere is the program that fills the streets of Old Town with performers every weekend in the summer. When you are leaving a restaurant and hear the sounds of a great singer songwriter around the corner? Streetmosphere. When you happen upon a talented juggler at an intersection? Streetmosphere.

Like many government programs, Streetmosphere is at the mercy of a budget, and this year, they are a bit short of what they need to pay their performers for the month of August, so they have launched a Kickstarter campaign to make up the difference.

I spoke with Mary Beth Polce, the development manager at Beet Street and she told me about the campaign.
