The Denver Broncos announced on Monday that Brock Osweiler will be the team's starting quarterback against the Chicago Bears, putting future Hall of Fame QB Peyton Manning on the bench for the first time in his career.

The move comes after Manning had a four interception, 35 yard passing game against the Chiefs on Sunday.

It remains to be seen if the benching is permanent. Broncos head coach Gary Kubiak stated in a press conference that the hope is that Manning gets healthy enough to come back quickly but they won't rush him.

The question is...if Osweiler plays well enough, could we have seen the end of Manning in a Broncos uniform?

Manning is dealing with plantar fasciitis, along with a partial tear in his right foot.

This will be Osweiler's first ever regular season start of his career.
