Should We Expect a White Christmas This Year in Northern Colorado?
Will we have a white Christmas this year...Well, there is a chance. Weather Underground's 10-day forecast says we may get up to an inch of snow on Monday, December 22. There is a chance that snow will stick around, since it is not supposed to get much above 40 degrees on Tuesday or Wednesday of next week.
According to About.com, there is 50% that Denver will have an inch of snow on the ground on Christmas Day. There is a 13% chance that Colorado will have at least 5 inches. That doesn't count the mountains, of course. We should have plenty of snow in the high country.
