The Fort Collins police are notifying the community of two sexually violent predators that have been released into the community. According to the Coloradoan, both men are living in the Montclair Lodge at 1405 North College Ave. in Fort Collins.

One of the men is named Raymond T. Ummel, who is 33-years-old and was released on January 14, 2016. Ummel was convicted in 2005, 2008 and 2010. First he was convicted of domestic violence, then for sexual assault with a person that had a 10-year age difference and contributed to the delinquency of a minor, and finally, for attempted sexual assault of a victim younger than 15 years of age.

The other man is Patrick H. Cummings, who was released on January 17, 2016. The 22-year-old was convicted twice in 2012 and in 2015. In 2012, he was convicted of both domestic violence and for sexual assault with a person that had a 10-year age difference. In 2015, he was convicted for sexual assault of a child.

Both Cummings and Ummel have a history of not registering as sex offenders and are currently under supervised probation. According to statements released by authorities and obtained by the Coloradoan, "Ummel doesn’t display sincere remorse for his crime, has poor amenability to treatment and poses some risk for future re-offense." While Cummings "Is amenable to treatment and poses a moderate to high risk of future re-offense."
