Report: Colorado Foreclosures Fell 40% in April
Good news for Colorado's economy today. The Northern Colorado Business Report published an article that Colorado Foreclosures dropped 40% in April.
Both foreclosure filings and foreclosure sales at auction in Colorado's metropolitan counties fell in April compared to the same month in 2010, according to a report by the Colorado Division of Housing.
The report said April was the fifth consecutive month in which both foreclosure filings and sales were down when compared to the same month a year earlier. Foreclosure filings were down by 40.1 percent while foreclosure sales at auction were down by 11.2 percent.
