Red Rocks Getting Sued Over Rockfall Injuries

If you have ever been to Red Rocks, it is an experience.  Whether for a concert, to hike, or just to enjoy the views and experience it, it is memorable.  But what if you get hit by a rock?

That’s exactly what happened to not just one but a few people that have attended events at Red Rocks.  The Westword reported, citing several severe injuries from the rockfalls.

But, who is to blame?  Is the City of Denver, considering they own the site?  What are your thoughts on this?  Let me know in the comments section below.
