Recipe Rescue: Tebow Tots!

Some will miss him and others will always be good time fans. Which ever you are, I thought that we would have fun with tater tots in honor of Tebow!

Here’s what you’ll need: 1 pkg of tater tots, 1 pkg of pepperonis, 1 small pkg of shredded pizza cheese and some jarred pizza sauce (or you could add some Italian seasonings to a small can of tomato sauce with a Tbsp of olive oil and simmer for 10 minutes before using)

Putting it all together: bake the tater tots halfway per pkg instructions then remove pan from oven and top with pizza sauce, pepperonis and cheese-finish cooking time, maybe a bit longer. You want the tater tots to be crisp and golden and the cheese to be melted.
