Year after year I try to remember how to make these and wonder where I put the recipe, it's a pretty standard combo of great ingredients that sing loudly when you put them all together.

If you know anything about my kitchen skills, you should know that I love to cook, baking however, gives me a fit. See, I'm really creative in the kitchen when cooking, but baking is a different beast and you have to be more structured, until now. This bar recipe is really neat in the fact that you can mix it up a bit without ruining the overall taste.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

8 whole Graham crackers, 1 stick of unsalted butter, 1 cup shredded coconut, 1 cup white chocolate chips, 1 cup butterscotch chips, 1 can of sweetened condensed milk and 1 cup of chopped pecans

PUTTING IT ALL TOGETHER:

Melt the butter and mix with the crushed graham crackers and press into a greased 9" by 13" baking dish, pour sweetened condensed milk over the 'crust' and then layer the chips, nuts and coconut- alternately ending with the coconut

Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes, should be moist but not too gooey-don't sweat it, you'll know when its done.

As far as the chips go, feel free to mix it up and put in your favorites, milk chocolate and peanut butter chips maybe, or semi-sweet and a cherry or raspberry chip or get crazy wild and use caramel balls with a chocolate mix of chips. Enjoy!
