WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

A cut up chicken fryer, 1/2 cup of honey, 1/2 cup of Dijon mustard, a couple of splashes of a cayenne hot sauce like Franks Red hot, 1/4 cup of olive oil and s/p

PUTTING IT ALL TOGETHER:

Heat the oven to 375 degrees, wash and dry the chicken and place in a baking dish. Salt and pepper the chicken on both sides and start them skin down, if you are using skin on chicken (you can also just use boneless skinless breasts). In a mixing bowl blend together the mustard, honey, olive oil and hot sauce. Pour the sauce over the chicken and cook till down turning once halfway through, total cook time should be under an hour. Remember, chicken is temp reading when your instant read thermometer reaches between 157-161 (the chicken will rise in temp 5-7 degrees while it rests) Enjoy!

Serve with brown rice and green beans or whatever you love! :)
