The challenge when throwing a football party is making sure the snacks are handy. You can't have snacks that make a mess or can't be eaten with your hands. Problem solved!

Want a ballpark dog with the trimmings, but don't want the mess? Check this out, a little host assembly needed at the snap, but from there on out it's a touchdown.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

A Pkg of Polish sausage, 1 jar of sauerkraut, brown mustard and 2 tubes of biscuits.

PUTTING IT ALL TOGETHER:

Slice the sausage into half inch to one inch bite sized pieces and cook on medium high until they are brown on both sides then add the sauerkraut (rinse the kraut first if you like it a bit more mild) cook for another 3-5 minutes or so (you are just blending the flavors) and remove from heat. Cut the biscuits in half so that you end up with two biscuit pieces, just thinner (I use Grands), sprinkle the counter top with a little flour and roll once in each direction. Dust each piece with the brown mustard, add a spoon of the sauerkraut and one piece of sausage, fold the biscuit up around the filling and put seam side down on a greased baking sheet. Cook till the biscuits are brown.

The amount of ingredients you'll need will vary depending on how many you want to make.
