WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

2 large tomatoes, 1 jalapeno and salt

PUTTING IT ALL TOGETHER:

In a very hot cast iron skillet place your washed tomatoes and jalapeno (stem removed but seeds in tact) let them cook for about fifteen minutes, turning them often to char all sides. Once they are charred and soft put them in a bowl and mash add a pinch or two of salt (to taste) and you’re done!

This is fresh, fast and delicious, oh and simple! Enjoy!
