Quick, Easy and Hardy Football Finger Foods! [RECIPE]
Turn the game on, get a cold beverage and pop a few of these in your mouth, that’s what I love about Sundays!
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
1 pkg of cornbread mix, 1 can of chili, 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream (for garnish) and a small onion (diced)
PUTTING IT TOGETHER:
Bake cornbread per pkg directions in muffin tins, while baking warm chili. When muffins, small or regular sized are done, while still warm make a dent in the center with your thumb. (you are making a little chili pool) put a pinch of cheese in the bottom followed by some chili. Top with more cheese, raw onion and a dollop of sour cream. (wanna get sassy? Add a fresh or pickled jalapeno) Enjoy!
