Pushing Your Body But Not Over Doing it – Dare to Lose

I always used to think that if I got a nice sweat going on the elliptical then I had a good, hard workout. Wrong.

Yes, getting my sweat on and doing some activity is good, but you could do more. Sometimes when you are just working out by yourself, it is hard to push yourself. Dare to Lose and Miramont have helped me really realize that.

They help me push myself to get the total body workout that I need, but without overdoing it. The trainers help push me and keep me motivated, and give me things to do that I normally wouldn’t do. An example for me is burpees. I hate them and would never do them by myself, but my trainer makes me do them, and honestly, I feel great afterword.

The trainers help you stay motivated, and keep you going to get that total workout. Sure, you will be sore afterword, but it is so worth it, and it means your body got the workout you need. Just make sure that you listen to your body and don’t over do it. You may want to compete and keep up, but again, listen to your body. It knows when enough is enough.
