The presidential race is heating up, the debates have begun and it's nearly decision time. Well, no good decision can be made on an empty stomach, so let's get cooking... first stop-Hawaii in honor of President Obama.

what you'll need:

1can of crushed pineapple, 1 can of pineapple chunks, 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts(cubed), 1/2 C ketchup, 1/4 C soy sauce, 1/2 C brown sugar

putting it all together:

Combine crushed pineapple with ketchup, soy sauce and brown sugar and mix well with chicken chunks, place in slow cooker on low. 30 minutes before eating add the chunk pineapple with juice, stir well and get ready to eat.

****In the last minutes before dinner make brown or white minute rice and serve with chicken

***if the mixture seems too sweet add a tsp of yellow prepared mustard

**if you use more chicken then stated remember to increase your liquids, the chicken should not be soupy by it should not be dry either
